There are three very key points to make sure you not only have but promote, Continued Education, Mentorship and Career Path.
The timeline for change and career moves is speeding up and each new employee brings the opportunity and challenge of the big queston they ask daily, "Why should I choose you, today?"
Even if they are already working for you, they are still asking that question, daily-multiple times a day and if the answer is not compelling and future based, they are researching their next move. No offence intended but I gotta watch out for me.
