Founder of Resultance, Inc., Anna Liotta provides powerful and practical consulting for business and personal growth. She has helped thousands of people make visionary personal, business, career, and life decisions by prompting simple actions which yield extraordinary results.

Anna holds a Master's degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Washington. She was a member of the UW faculty for 4 years, and led continuing education courses for over 8 years in self-expression, leadership, and effective communications.

Resultance was founded in 1998, after being a member of the premier business consulting team, BizFutures Consulting, where Anna coached the employees of world famous Pike Place Fish. The work of the BizFutures team resulted in the best selling Fish! and Fish Sticks!

Anna is an award-winning speaker. The IDEA Conference ranked her #1 in Highest Satisfaction and Best Value over 400 of her peers. In 2003, she was honored by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the "Top 40 Under 40." Anna has presented to the International Rotary Conference, National IDEA Fellowship Conference, Best of Organizational Development Summit, Institute for the Development of Educational Activities, Northwest Chamber organizations, and eWomen Networks.
